GuangJia, the leader compnay in the construction industry in the China, they have a group of high quality, rich design experience of senior designers, covers the construction, structure, water and electricity, hvac, weak current, decoration, etc.

Project Overview

They bought a cash flow software for their business before. Unfortunately, it can't completely suitable for their business.

This cash flow software is record a project's income and expenditure, balance outstanding. The manager can quickly look at financial analysis, revenue statements and by boosting profitability and company earnings.

How we work

Firstly, The BA of AfoLink worked at their office every day to understand the real requirement.

Then document, discusses and analyzes requirements with developers and does estimate. The whole team works under Agile practices, keeps daily communication with client, such as, short daily stand-up meetings, for team members to share daily work and achievement , plan for tomorrow, questions/problems, etc.

We deployed the system every day/week, then customer can look at progress daily/weekly and report bugs to fix.

After the product launch, there are less work to do. so we arrange a part-time engineer for them to improve the software.

Results

A user friendly and secured application to better manage the financial documents. Easy to see the Cash flow, the cost of project, Accounts receivable and payable. 100% is suitable for their business process.
